Add Your Light (AYL) is a registered charity run by Dr. Jan Tollefson, a public health physician. LUTW provided 560 Luxeon lamps to aid early AYL initiatives. These lamps have been installed in the El Hato region of the Dominican Republic. Since those initial installations, Add Your Light has independently continued to expand their program, both in the Dominican Republic and border areas of Haiti.

AYL also introduced the Manz Biosand water filter to the Dominican Republic, and in partnership with Rotary, has been responsible for the manufacture and installation of over 14,000 filters (2007 data). In addition, they have focused on building rural classrooms for primary school children.
