Each year, Light Up The World relies on contributions from individuals around the world to support our cause. Thanks to their efforts, we have installed over 14,000 lights directly impacting over 100,000 people worldwide.
Each gift of $200 is enough to provide equipment
for a home in the developing world. We then work with our global
partners to install your light in a home in the developing world.
Fundraising idea:
The candle lit dinner
party - invite
friends, family and colleagues to your house for dinner or a
small reception. The cost of entry to the party is a donation
to Light Up the World. You supply the food and drinks, and LUTW
receives the funding. You can mail your group donation to the
address below, or use this unique giving link for the Candle
Lit Dinner Party. Why candles? Many people in the third world
read by the light of fire, and guests will better understand
the challenges of those we serve in that atmosphere. Candle
